ASRock Announces Radeon RX 9050 GPU in Two Configurations
ASRock confirmed the release of the Radeon RX 9050 GPU with 4 GB and 8 GB memory options, pricing the higher-end model at $279.
ASRock confirmed the upcoming release of the Radeon RX 9050 GPU by adding product pages for the Challenger series to its official website. The graphics card will launch in two memory configurations: a 4 GB model with a 64-bit bus and an 8 GB model with a 128-bit bus.
Both variants feature 16 Compute Units, 1024 Stream Processors, a base clock of 1920 MHz, and a boost clock reaching up to 2600 MHz. The 8 GB variant is priced at $279, though ASRock has not yet disclosed the price for the 4 GB model. The hardware includes RT cores and AI accelerators.
Technical specifications from AMD list the GPU with a 92W power rating. ASRock recommends a 450W power supply for the cards.
