Aritzia Targets $10.5 Billion Revenue in Five-Year Plan
Aritzia announced a strategic plan to reach $10.5 billion in net revenue by fiscal 2032 through aggressive U.S. expansion and global growth.
Retailer Aritzia announced a five-year strategic plan on Tuesday targeting net revenue between $9.5 billion and $10.5 billion by fiscal 2032. This goal represents a compound annual growth rate of 15 to 17 percent and follows second-quarter results where net revenue rose 44.1 percent to $1.17 billion.
The company plans to expand its physical footprint to 220 stores by fiscal 2032, which involves adding 12 to 14 new boutiques annually in the United States. Aritzia also intends to expand beyond North America to increase global brand recognition. Digital net revenue in North America is projected to reach between $4.1 billion and $4.5 billion.
To support these goals, the company will invest approximately $2 billion in capital expenditures and return $2 billion to shareholders through share repurchases. CEO Jennifer Wong stated that the United States will remain the primary growth market through fiscal 2032, noting that the company's five-year plan builds on existing business momentum.
