Getty Copper Inc. raised gross proceeds of C$15,023,478.78 through a private placement of flow-through common shares. The financing consisted of a brokered offering of BC flow-through mining expenditure and charity flow-through shares, alongside a non-brokered offering.

Velocity Capital Partners, Clarus Securities Inc., and Raymond James Ltd. served as agents and bookrunners for the transaction. Company insiders participated in the non-brokered portion of the raise by subscribing for 483,000 shares. The TSX Venture Exchange had previously provided conditional approval for the offering on September 18, 2026.

The company intends to allocate the funds toward eligible Canadian exploration expenses for its projects in British Columbia. These expenditures are scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2027.
