Global Impx Secures $15.5 Million AI Contract from IBM Cloud

Global Impx Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, secured a US$15.5 million contract from IBM Cloud Inc. to provide AI infrastructure design, deployment, and support services. The project began on September 24, 2026, and focuses on creating a scalable, secure environment for machine learning workloads, utilizing GPU compute clusters and Kubernetes-based orchestration.

The engagement follows a four-stage process: design, build, secure and operate, and validate and hand over. The contract requires strict service levels, specifically a minimum of 99.5 percent infrastructure and GPU availability.

Blue Cloud leadership stated the mandate proves the company's ability to compete for high-value AI infrastructure work in the United States, which serves as its largest market. Group Chairman Tejesh Kumar Kodali described the project as the type of repeatable business the company intended to build when integrating Global Impx into the group.
