Messages app. The tool allows users to place orders using text commands, such as requesting a frequent order to a specific location, without needing to open the DoorDash application.

The AI agent integrates with existing user profiles by matching phone numbers to account history and preferences. It utilizes stored payment methods to complete checkouts automatically. DoorDash has opened a waitlist for customers based in the United States to access the service.
