Iran Condemns Israeli Strikes in Southern Lebanon
Iran's Foreign Ministry denounced Israeli military attacks in southern Lebanon and accused the United States and UN Security Council of complicity and indifference.
The Foreign Ministry of Iran condemned Israeli military strikes in southern Lebanon that caused casualties and damaged residential infrastructure. Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei described the attacks as violations of Lebanon's national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Baghaei criticized the United Nations Security Council, claiming its silence and indifference have encouraged Israel to intensify its aggression. He further asserted that the United States administration is an accomplice to Israeli crimes in Lebanon, occupied Palestine, and the surrounding region due to its comprehensive support for the Israeli government.
Iran expressed full solidarity with Lebanon and praised the Lebanese people for their resistance against the occupation.
