India Exposition Mart Files for Initial Public Offering

India Exposition Mart filed a draft prospectus with Sebi to raise funds for facility upgrades and the construction of a new exhibition hall.

India Exposition Mart Limited, the operator of the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida, has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for an initial public offering. The company plans to use the IPO to fund significant capital expenditures and facility expansions.

Specifically, the company intends to allocate 63.8 crore rupees for upgrades to lifts and cooling systems, while another 30.8 crore rupees will be used to renovate exhibition halls 4 and 6 and construct hall 18. The offering will utilize a book-building route with specific reservations for retail individual investors, non-institutional investors, and qualified institutional buyers.

As the operator of the largest privately owned exhibition and convention venue in India, the company also manages hospitality assets including ExpoInn, Plume, and Mor Stays. Financial reports for FY26 show the company grew its revenue to 290.6 crore rupees and increased its net profit to 31.1 crore rupees.
