The Kroger Co. appointed Nate Faust as Executive Vice President and Chief eCommerce Officer, effective September 1, 2026. The company hired Faust to lead its eCommerce strategy and expand its digital business operations.
Faust brings a background in digital commerce and supply chain innovation to the role. He previously co-founded Jet.com and served as Senior Vice President of Walmart U.S. eCommerce Supply Chain. Kroger CEO Greg Foran noted that Faust has a history of redefining customer expectations in the eCommerce sector.
Faust stated that Kroger's deep customer relationships, loyalty data, and existing physical footprint served as key drivers for his decision to join the company.
