Bending Spoons Acquires Airtable in $1.285 Billion All-Cash Deal

Bending Spoons, an Italian technology company, agreed to acquire U.S. software firm Airtable in an all-cash deal valued at $1.285 billion. Announced on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, the transaction represents the first acquisition for the Italian firm since its Nasdaq debut last month.
