Ducati India Launches 2027 Hypermotard V2 and V2 SP

Ducati India introduced the Hypermotard V2 and V2 SP as replacements for the Hypermotard 950, featuring an 890cc V-Twin engine and advanced electronics.

Ducati India launched the 2027 Hypermotard V2 and Hypermotard V2 SP as direct replacements for the discontinued Hypermotard 950. The new models are available in two versions: a standard variant priced at Rs 16.53 lakh and a premium SP variant priced at Rs 20.78 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi.

Both motorcycles feature an 890cc liquid-cooled V2 engine producing approximately 121 Ps and 94 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. To optimize performance, the company implemented a lightweight aluminium monocoque chassis, resulting in a kerb weight of 180 kg for the standard model and 177 kg for the SP. The SP variant is further distinguished by premium Öhlins suspension and Brembo M50 calipers, while the standard model utilizes KYB suspension.

The motorcycles incorporate rider aids and electronics from the Panigale V4, including a bi-directional quickshifter and a 5-inch TFT cluster. Bookings for the new models have commenced in India, with deliveries expected to begin shortly.
