Teachers Retirement System of The State of Kentucky increased equity holdings in Invesco Ltd., TD SYNNEX Corporation, and Yum China Holdings during the first quarter.
The Teachers Retirement System of The State of Kentucky expanded its equity positions in three companies during the first quarter, according to SEC filings. The institutional investor purchased 925,300 shares of asset manager Invesco Ltd., raising its total ownership to 960,441 shares valued at $23,330,000.
In addition to the Invesco purchase, the system acquired 106,000 shares of business services provider TD SYNNEX Corporation. This transaction brought its total holdings to 130,244 shares worth $21,973,000. The fund also purchased 224,060 shares of Yum China Holdings, Inc., increasing its total position to 752,360 shares valued at $36,701,000.
These moves align with a wider trend of institutional investment. Other major entities, including Vanguard Group Inc. and Principal Financial Group Inc., also adjusted their respective stakes in Invesco and Yum China during the same period.
