Real Brokerage Inc. Wins Court Approval to Acquire RE/MAX

The Real Brokerage Inc. and RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. announced that the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted the final order approving the acquisition of RE/MAX Holdings by Real. This judicial approval follows a series of special meetings on August 14, 2026, where securityholders from both companies voted to approve the transaction.

The merger is based on an Arrangement Agreement and Plan of Merger first established on April 26, 2026, and later amended on June 12, 2026. The companies expect the transaction to close on August 24, 2026, pending the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining closing conditions.
