Everpure Shares Surge on AI-Driven Profit Forecasts

Shares of Everpure surged 11.15% on Thursday after the data storage specialist issued optimistic profit forecasts during its annual financial analyst meeting. The company attributed this growth to the expansion of AI markets, noting that its data management platform enables customers to prepare proprietary information for artificial intelligence applications.
For fiscal 2027, Everpure expects revenue to grow approximately 38% to nearly $5.1 billion, with adjusted operating income of about $950 million. The company projected further acceleration in fiscal 2028, forecasting revenue between $7 billion and $7.3 billion and adjusted operating profit between $1.7 billion and $1.9 billion. These targets significantly exceed Wall Street estimates, which had projected fiscal 2028 revenue of $6.2 billion.
CEO Charlie Giancarlo stated the company is at an inflection point as it expands into enterprise data management and solutions for hyperscalers. CFO Tarek Robbiati characterized the company's financial profile as durably resetting to higher levels of growth and profitability.
