APC Plans Mega Rally in Lafia for 2027 Support

The All Progressives Congress (APC) will hold a large-scale political rally in Lafia, Nasarawa State, on October 10 to demonstrate regional support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima for the 2027 general elections. The event is organized by the North Central Grassroots Mobilisation Network and will be hosted by Governor Abdullahi Sule.

APC National Chairman Nentawe Yilwatda announced the plans following a high-level meeting in Abuja with regional stakeholders, including Secretary to the Government of the Federation George Akume. First Lady Oluremi Tinubu is expected to headline the gathering.

Yilwatda described the event as the "mother of all rallies," stating that the objective is to strengthen coordination between party leadership and grassroots structures across the Federal Capital Territory and the six North Central states.
