NVIDIA Launches NemoClaw to Secure Autonomous Agentic AI

NVIDIA introduced the NemoClaw software stack and Vera Rubin hardware at GTC 2026 to enable secure, scalable deployment of autonomous AI agents for enterprises.

At the GTC 2026 developer conference in San Jose, NVIDIA Corporation unveiled a comprehensive strategy to transition the industry from Software as a Service toward Agents as a Service. The centerpiece is NemoClaw, an enterprise-grade security framework for the popular open-source OpenClaw agent platform. Developed in collaboration with OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger, NemoClaw integrates the OpenShell runtime to provide kernel-level sandboxing, privacy controls, and policy-based guardrails, preventing autonomous agents from exfiltrating sensitive data.

To support these agents, NVIDIA introduced the Vera Rubin platform, a rack-scale infrastructure featuring new Vera CPUs and Rubin GPUs. This hardware is designed for "AI factories" that prioritize inference and real-time reasoning. NVIDIA also partnered with Groq to integrate high-speed language processing units (LPUs) and expanded its hardware reach through partners like Dell Technologies, which launched the Pro Max desktop featuring the GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra chip for local, air-gapped AI workloads.

Further ecosystem expansions include the Nemotron Coalition, a partnership with Mistral AI and Perplexity to build open frontier models, and a security collaboration with TrendAI to add runtime visibility to the OpenShell environment. CEO Jensen Huang described OpenClaw as the "operating system for personal AI," predicting a massive infrastructure buildout that could drive company revenue to $1 trillion by 2027.
