While the conflict continues in Eastern Europe, the Simhastha Kumbh in Nashik, India, hosted two tourists from Russia and Ukraine. The visitors, who remain friends despite the war, stated that the geopolitical conflict has not affected their personal relationship.
President Droupadi Murmu attended the religious gathering in Nashik to participate in the Dhwaj Stambh Pujan, Dhawaja Pujan, and Dhwajarohan ceremonies and address a public program.
