Nvidia Data Center Revenue Surges 117% to $89 Billion

Nvidia reported fiscal Q2 2027 data center revenue of $89.0 billion, marking a 117% increase from the previous year. The company maintained a gross margin of 75.0% and returned $26.0 billion to shareholders through dividends and buybacks during the quarter.
CEO Jensen Huang stated that demand for AI infrastructure is accelerating as multiple frontier AI labs expand their buildouts in parallel. To support this growth, the company transitioned its next-generation Vera Rubin platform into full production with partners including Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Nvidia also partnered with financial firms, including BlackRock and Goldman Sachs, to mobilize over $500 billion in outside capital for customer expansion.
Looking ahead, the company guided fiscal Q3 revenue to $108.0 billion with a slightly lower gross margin of 74.0%. This outlook assumes no data center compute revenue from China.
