Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijan First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of her birthday. In the message, the Russian president wished Aliyeva health, happiness, prosperity, and success in her state activities.

Putin also requested that Aliyeva convey his warm regards to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and her family members.
