Whitehall Resident Criticizes Donald Trump Over Policy Decisions

A resident of Whitehall, Frank Hollister, published a letter to the editor criticizing Donald Trump for a series of executive actions and policy decisions. Hollister specifically cited the imposition of a $3,500 interest debt per person to address the $40 trillion national debt and the application of 50% tariffs on Canada.

The letter further detailed concerns regarding the administration's direction of federal agencies. Hollister noted that the president directed the United States Postal Service to determine absentee voting eligibility and ordered the United States Department of Justice to prosecute political opponents.

Additionally, Hollister criticized the cutting of budgeted funding for fighting carp invasions in the Great Lakes. He condemned Representative John Moolenaar for failing to oppose these measures and expressed his support for Ben Ambrose as the candidate for the 2nd Congressional District.
