During a separate breakfast interaction with the six MPs who recently defected from the Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray faction, Modi discussed constituency development and described the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) as "one family." These meetings followed prior consultations between Shinde and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

The high-level interactions occur amid a pending Union Cabinet reshuffle and the expected introduction of the Delimitation Bill. In a separate engagement, Modi met with Bharatiya Janata Party Rajya Sabha MPs, advising them to use social media cautiously and maintain professional conduct.
