Donald Trump Cancels In-Person Kansas Rally for Tele-Rally

Donald Trump cancelled a scheduled in-person campaign rally in Salina, Kansas, that was set for Saturday. Brenda Smith, the Saline County Republican chair, confirmed the cancellation on Thursday morning.

Local and state Republican parties have not provided a specific explanation for the change, though Smith noted several possible reasons for the decision. Organizers will replace the physical event with a tele-rally, providing a phone number for the public to call and hear the president's remarks.
