Nvidia and CrowdStrike Partner to Build AI Cybersecurity Systems

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang identified CrowdStrike as the chipmaker's primary cybersecurity partner during a Goldman Sachs technology conference in San Francisco. Huang asserted that cybersecurity represents the next major use case for artificial intelligence, explaining that AI-driven intrusions require continuous and compute-intensive inference workloads to defend against.

The partnership integrates CrowdStrike's Falcon platform telemetry and threat intelligence with Nvidia's accelerated computing and Nemotron open-source models. This collaboration has produced SafeMind, an agentic AI system designed to map attack paths and generate detections.

CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz noted that autonomous attacks now move at machine speed, which necessitates these advanced defensive capabilities. Due to the increasing embedding of AI within the cybersecurity value chain, CrowdStrike expects its total addressable market to expand from $149 billion to $325 billion by 2030.
