APC Launches Nationwide Mobilization for Tinubu 2027 Re-election

The All Progressives Congress is coordinating massive women's summits and youth rallies across Nigeria to secure millions of votes for President Bola Tinubu in 2027.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has initiated a wide-scale mobilization effort to secure a second term for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general election. This strategy combines high-level organizational summits with targeted grassroots rallies across several states.

First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu is convening the APC Presidential Campaign Council Women Stakeholders’ Summit on October 5 in Abuja. The event expects over 20,000 attendees and aims to establish a mobilization structure across 176,846 communities. Dr. Betta Edu, Director of the Women Mobilisation Directorate, has set a specific target of 40 million women's votes for the Tinubu-Shettima ticket.

Simultaneously, the party is focusing on youth and regional support. In Ogun State, APC governorship candidate Adeola Olamilekan announced a goal of two million votes for the president, citing new oil discoveries in Eba and Tongegi and the approval of a new naval base. The CityBoy Movement, a youth-led support group, has already registered 150,000 members in the state.

In Jigawa State, more than 10,000 supporters, primarily women, held a rally in Dutse to reaffirm their loyalty to President Tinubu and Governor Umar Namadi. The event saw hundreds of members defect from opposition parties, including the PDP and ADC, as party leadership highlighted infrastructure projects and political appointments as drivers of their growing local support.
