Donald Trump Threatens Rosie O'Donnell After Dementia Claims
Rosie O'Donnell claimed President Donald Trump is suffering from dementia and will not survive his term, prompting Trump to threaten revoking her citizenship.
Actress and former talk show host Rosie O'Donnell claimed during an appearance on CNN's "The Lead" that President Donald Trump is suffering from dementia and will not survive until the 2028 presidential election. O'Donnell asserted that the president's cognitive demise is visible and apparent, citing instances where Trump allegedly referred to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as "Putin" during a NATO summit in Turkey and described Iran as the "Islamic Republic of Japan."
O'Donnell further characterized the current U.S. political environment as a state of emergency, stating that fascism has already arrived. She described Trump's presidency as the worst event in U.S. history and accused his supporters of maintaining a cult-like status while ignoring allegations of criminal behavior and the sexual abuse of children.
In response to O'Donnell's relocation to Ireland following the 2024 election, Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that he was giving serious consideration to revoking her American citizenship. Trump labeled O'Donnell a "Threat to Humanity" and suggested she should remain in Ireland.
