APC Official Claims Bola Tinubu Outperformed All Previous Presidents

Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, claimed on Monday that President Bola Tinubu has outperformed every other democratically elected president in Nigeria's history during their first terms in office. Speaking in an interview with Channels Television, Morka argued that the current macroeconomic indicators speak for themselves and demonstrate that the administration has led the country out of the woods.

Morka asserted that Tinubu inherited an economy that was completely in a mess, attributing the instability to 16 years of horrific maladministration by the Peoples Democratic Party. He characterized the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari as a stopgap that prevented the country from tipping over the precipice and prepared the way for the current presidency.

While Morka maintained that the government's reforms have stabilized the economy and are gaining recognition from critics, he did not provide specific data or comparative indicators to support these claims during the interview.
