Religious and Political Figures Predict Tinubu 2027 Victory

Bola Ahmed Tinubu is predicted to win the 2027 Nigerian presidential election by a religious leader and a former election official. Rev. Michael Fabiyi, General Overseer of the Celestial Church of Christ Cathedral, predicted a peaceful election and claimed a second term would improve investor confidence and Nigeria's international standing. Fabiyi also claimed to foresee a failed military coup attempt during a potential second term.

Lai Olurode, a former National Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission, predicted a landslide victory for the president. Olurode attributed this outlook to road infrastructure progress, improved security, and the administration's willingness to make difficult decisions, specifically citing the removal of the petrol subsidy.

Addressing recent political setbacks, Olurode dismissed the All Progressives Congress's loss in the Osun State governorship election. He argued that the defeat was not a rejection of the president, as voters distinguish between state and federal leadership.
