Governor Biodun Oyebanji Urges Support for President Tinubu Re-election

Governor Biodun Oyebanji urged Muslim residents of Ekiti State to support the re-election bid of President Bola Tinubu during a special Jumat thanksgiving service at the Central Mosque in Ado-Ekiti on Friday. The event marked the beginning of Oyebanji's second term in office.

Oyebanji based his appeal on the Federal Government's interventions and support provided to Ekiti State. During the service, he pledged to maintain inclusive governance and promised that more Muslims would be given opportunities to serve in his administration during his second term, noting that those who previously served performed exceptionally well.

Sheikh Jamiu Kewulere Bello, President-General of the League of Imams and Alfas for the South-West, Edo and Delta States, commended the governor for his inclusive appointment strategy. Bello encouraged the community to continue promoting religious harmony and peaceful coexistence.
