NVIDIA Unveils RTX Spark PC Chip and Secures Korean Partnerships
NVIDIA Corporation introduced the AI-integrated RTX Spark PC chip and signed strategic memory chip agreements with several South Korean technology firms.
NVIDIA Corporation expanded its artificial intelligence hardware ecosystem in June 2026 through new product launches and international strategic partnerships. The company unveiled the RTX Spark PC chip, developed in collaboration with MediaTek, which integrates AI capabilities directly into laptops and desktops. This hardware is scheduled to debut this fall in devices from Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, and MSI, with Acer and GIGABYTE following later.
To support these hardware advancements, NVIDIA secured agreements with South Korean firms to ensure a steady supply of memory chips essential for AI development. These partners include SK Hynix, Naver, SK Telecom, and Doosan Group. The initiatives were announced during a trip to South Korea led by CEO Jensen Huang, who stated the objective of the new hardware is to transform the personal computing experience.
