Trump Predicts Economic Surge After Iran Conflict Resolution

President Donald Trump predicts the U.S. economy will accelerate following a nuclear agreement with Iran and the implementation of tax and tariff policies.

President Donald Trump predicted that the American economy will accelerate once the conflict with Iran is resolved and an agreement is established to prevent Tehran from obtaining nuclear weapons. Speaking during a Fox News interview and a virtual rally for Congressman Andy Ogles, Trump stated that his current energy, tariff, and tax strategies will outperform the results of his first term.

Trump cited record-level 401(k) accounts and frequent stock market peaks as evidence of current strength. He promoted his tax legislation, which he called the "great Big, Beautiful Bill," noting that the policy eliminates taxes on Social Security income for seniors, overtime, and tips.

Regarding trade, Trump asserted that tariffs have generated hundreds of billions of dollars for the United States. He claimed these measures protected the domestic auto industry and specifically benefited General Motors by encouraging the construction of car plants within the United States.
