Nvidia Issues First Ever Full-Year Financial Guidance
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang issued the company's first-ever subsequent fiscal year guidance, forecasting 70% sales growth driven by strong AI hardware demand.
Nvidia Inc. issued financial guidance for its subsequent fiscal year for the first time in company history. CEO Jensen Huang attributed the move to having "a lot greater visibility" into the demand outlook for the company's AI-focused hardware.
For the next fiscal year, the company expects annual sales growth of approximately 70% and anticipates gross margins to remain between 72% and 73%. This guidance follows a strong second quarter of fiscal 2027, during which revenue increased 106% and non-GAAP earnings per share rose 120%.
Nvidia currently holds a market capitalization of $5.77 trillion. The company continues to expand its market position across graphics processing units, central processing units, and other data center hardware.
