Nvidia Targets $1 Trillion Revenue via SpaceX and Hyperscaler Deals

Nvidia aims for $1 trillion in revenue by 2027, supported by a massive SpaceX infrastructure deal and $700 billion in hyperscaler spending.

Nvidia is pursuing a total revenue target of $1 trillion for the 2026-2027 period, driven by the launch of its Rubin platform and the global expansion of AI infrastructure. This growth trajectory is anchored by a commitment from Space Exploration Technologies Corp., which plans to build its AI infrastructure exclusively on Nvidia chips. SpaceX targets 10GW of compute by the end of 2027, with an estimated investment between $150 billion and $250 billion.

Further demand stems from the four major hyperscalers—Amazon, Alphabet, Microsoft, and Meta Platforms—who are expected to spend approximately $700 billion on AI chips this year. CEO Jensen Huang expects these institutional investments to sustain the company's dominance in the data center GPU market through 2028.

Additional revenue growth is anticipated from the AI sector's evolving corporate landscape. The potential initial public offerings of Anthropic and OpenAI are expected to trigger increased infrastructure spending as these firms transition to public companies.
