President Donald Trump published a list of 25 achievements, which he termed his "TERM THREE ACCOMPLISHMENTS," on Truth Social on September 18, 2026. The move aims to improve low approval ratings as the Republican Party faces polling suggesting a potential loss of control over the House and Senate.

Trump claimed his administration achieved the most secure border in history, asserting that zero illegal aliens were admitted to the United States in the past 16 months. Other policy claims include making English the official language of the United States, halting all refugee admissions, banning men from women's sports, and abolishing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies. He also cited the largest recorded drop in the murder rate.

On economic and foreign policy, Trump highlighted the implementation of the "Great Big Beautiful Bill" to remove taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security. He noted the imposition of 25% tariffs on foreign automobiles and 50% tariffs on copper, aluminum, and steel. Additionally, he claimed the United States "obliterated Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity" following US-Israeli strikes on Tehran in February.
