Tompolo Launches Tinubu Re-election Campaign in Taraba State
Government Ekpemupolo launched a grassroots mobilization campaign in Taraba State to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's re-election in January 2027.
High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, known as Tompolo, launched the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement's grassroots mobilization campaign in Jalingo to support the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the January 2027 presidential election. During the launch, Ekpemupolo argued that the administration's reformation policies require more time to consolidate and deliver dividends to Nigerians.
To support the mobilization efforts, the movement donated 25 vehicles, generators, and electronic speakers. Governor Agbu Kefas pledged 100 percent of the state's votes for the president, asserting that residents are already witnessing the impact of federal projects through his own administration.
National Coordinator Sunday Asuku urged citizens to maintain the current political direction under the All Progressives Congress. Asuku stated that the country is on the right trajectory and warned that abandoning current reforms would be counterproductive.
