President Bola Ahmed Tinubu returned to Abuja on October 5 following a six-day visit to Lagos and an annual vacation in Europe.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu returned to Abuja on Monday, October 5, concluding a six-day visit to Lagos. The President had previously spent his annual vacation in London and Paris before arriving in Lagos on September 29.
While in Lagos, Tinubu delivered a national address on October 1 to mark Nigeria's 66th Independence Day anniversary. His itinerary included attending the national premiere of MKO, a documentary detailing the life of Chief Moshood Kashimawo Abiola, at the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and Creative Arts.
On Sunday, the President conducted a courtesy visit to the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Babatunde Akiolu, at the Iga Iduganran Palace on Lagos Island. Special Adviser on Information and Strategy Bayo Onanuga announced the President's departure for the capital to resume his official duties.
