Alhassan Ado Doguwa Urges Northern Support for Tinubu Re-election
Alhassan Ado Doguwa called on Northern Nigerians to vote for President Bola Tinubu in 2027 to ensure the country's peaceful coexistence.
The Leader of the Northern Caucus in the House of Representatives, Alhassan Ado Doguwa, declared that Northern Nigeria has a "moral political obligation" to support the re-election of President Bola Tinubu and other All Progressives Congress candidates in 2027.
Speaking Saturday at his residence in Kaduna during a visit from party members and advisers, Doguwa urged residents of the region to unite and vote unconditionally for Tinubu. He argued that such support is essential for the continuous peaceful coexistence of Nigeria and dismissed reports suggesting the North is divided as propaganda.
Doguwa asserted that the region remains firmly behind the All Progressives Congress, characterizing regional unity as a critical factor in the president's future electoral prospects.
