Randy Fine Defeats Dan Bilzerian in Florida GOP Primary

Republican Representative Randy Fine won a landslide victory in Florida's 6th Congressional District GOP primary on Tuesday, securing approximately 56.7% of the vote. He defeated internet personality Dan Bilzerian, who finished with 18%.

The campaign was defined by intense controversy and accusations of antisemitism. Fine described Bilzerian as an "open Nazi" and claimed the challenger launched an "organized pogrom against the Jews." Bilzerian focused his campaign on opposing foreign military aid and pro-Israel PACs, while utilizing antisemitic tropes and slurs during the race.

Fine entered the primary with endorsements from Donald Trump, the Republican Jewish Coalition, and AIPAC. Despite his victory, Fine faced criticism during the contest for previous disparaging remarks about Muslims.
