Trump's Save America PAC Faces $1.9 Million Debt

Save America PAC has nearly exhausted its cash reserves and owes over $1.9 million in legal debts according to Federal Election Commission filings.

The Save America PAC, the primary political and legal fund established by Donald Trump, is nearly out of cash and carries more than $1.9 million in debt. Federal Election Commission filings for the third quarter ending September 30 show the fund's cash reserves dropped from $1.2 million at the start of the year to approximately $32,256.

The PAC spent over $5.4 million in the third quarter and more than $14 million annually to cover political activities and legal fees. These expenditures funded defenses in cases involving classified documents, election interference, and a New York hush money trial that resulted in 34 felony convictions.

Outstanding debts include approximately $760,000 owed to Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and $239,000 to Brito PLLC, along with $34,000 owed to The Dhillon Law Group. Donald Trump has described these legal challenges as "political persecution and election interference at the highest level in history," claiming the proceedings are a result of legal weaponization.
