Governor Uba Sani Launches 11 Road Projects in Kaduna
Governor Uba Sani flagged off 11 road projects in Zaria and Sabon Gari while urging residents to support President Bola Tinubu in upcoming elections.
Governor Uba Sani flagged off 11 road projects in Zaria and Sabon Gari local governments on Saturday as part of the Kaduna State Urban Renewal and Rural Transformation Programme. During the ceremony, Sani credited President Bola Tinubu for facilitating federal infrastructure, including the Mando-Birnin Gwari road, which reportedly cost over N100 billion, and a N1 trillion Light Rail project scheduled to begin within two months.
House Speaker Tajudeen Abbas accompanied the governor and highlighted further federal investments in the state's tertiary education. These include the establishment of a Federal University of Applied Sciences and the upgrade of the Federal College of Education into a Federal University of Education.
Governor Sani used the occasion to campaign for the All Progressives Congress, urging residents to support President Tinubu in upcoming elections to reciprocate these developments.
