MAGA Inc. Holds $404 Million With Minimal Election Spending

MAGA Inc. increased its cash reserves to nearly $404 million as of July while spending almost nothing to support Republican midterm candidates.

MAGA Inc., the super PAC supporting Donald Trump, grew its cash reserves to nearly $404 million as of July, according to Federal Election Commission filings. The fund increased through $3 million in donations and interest payments, including contributions from billionaires Miriam Adelson, Jeff Yass, and Marc Andreessen, as well as corporate donations from Florida Crystals Corp. and GEO Group Inc.

Despite the substantial war chest, the PAC spent zero dollars in July to boost Republican candidates for the upcoming midterm elections. The organization spent only $132,000 on operating costs and compliance during that period. To date, the PAC has utilized approximately $2.3 million to influence elections, representing only 0.6% of its total savings.

Donald Trump stated he intends to use the funds to support Republicans, but he had not approved a formal spending plan as of July 31.
