Board of Peace Releases 15-Point Gaza Peace Roadmap

The Board of Peace published a phased roadmap to implement President Donald Trump's Comprehensive Peace Plan, mandating Israeli withdrawal and new Gaza governance.

The Board of Peace published a 15-point roadmap on August 1, 2026, to implement the Comprehensive Peace Plan for Gaza authored by U.S. President Donald Trump. Aligned with UN Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025), the framework establishes a phased process to end the conflict by mandating the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces and the creation of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) as the sole governing and security authority.

The roadmap requires the Cabinet of Israel, Hamas, and other Palestinian factions to cease military operations under the Sharm Sheikh Protocol. To maintain the ceasefire, an International Stabilization Force will deploy to separate Israeli forces from areas controlled by the NCAG. The plan further mandates the decommissioning of tunnels and heavy weapons and the vetting of police personnel.

Reconstruction will be supervised by the Board of Peace and the NCAG. An International Verification Committee will certify that all parties have fulfilled their commitments before the transition between implementation phases can proceed.
