The initiative seeks to challenge the strategic reputation of the Kremlin as a first-rate military power. By exposing the realities of captured hardware, the project aims to undermine the image Moscow has historically cultivated through Cold War-era displays and the marketing campaigns of the state arms exporter Rosoboronexport.
