Iran Executes Coordinated Cyber and Missile Offensive Against U.S. and Israel

The Government of Iran and its digital proxies are executing a sophisticated military strategy that integrates cyberattacks, artificial intelligence, and physical strikes against the United States and Israel. This campaign includes the deployment of spyware via deceptive texts to Israeli civilians during a March 10 missile strike in Ramat Gan and nearly 5,800 cyberattacks targeting networks in the U.S., Israel, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Recent operations have focused on critical infrastructure and government personnel. The pro-Iranian hacking group Handala targeted the medical sector, specifically attacking Stryker Corporation to disrupt equipment supplies, and infiltrated the personal account of the FBI Director to leak documents. Simultaneously, Iranian drone and missile strikes targeted data centers in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, disrupting Amazon services and threatening other U.S. tech giants like Microsoft and Google.

Beyond digital warfare, Iran has mobilized the Saberin and 65th Airborne special forces brigades for potential surprise attacks and abductions of U.S. personnel across the Middle East. This escalation follows the assassination of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and occurs amid speculation of a U.S. ground invasion. In response, the United States Department of State established a Bureau of Emerging Threats, while the U.S. military conducted cyber operations to degrade Iranian communications ahead of air strikes.
