The expenditure follows a shaky debate performance by Graham, who is running for her late brother's full term. She faces a strong challenge from Republican rival Representative Ralph Norman. Trump, who encouraged Graham to run, campaigned with her in South Carolina on Friday and is scheduled to hold a tele-rally on Monday night.
The runoff is being viewed as a test of Trump's endorsement power. However, some Republicans have privately expressed frustration that MAGA Inc. is not prioritizing other races that are more critical to maintaining GOP control of Congress.
