National Iranian American Council Sues Trump Over Iran War

The plaintiffs state that the ongoing military operations and economic pressure have killed, injured, or destroyed the livelihoods of their members' relatives living in Iran.

The lawsuit arrives after bipartisan efforts by lawmakers failed to pass war powers resolutions that would have either ended the conflict or forced formal congressional approval of the military actions.
