City Boy Movement Mobilizes Youth for Tinubu in Kaduna
The City Boy Movement claims high youth turnout at an APC rally in Kaduna signals growing support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of 2027.
The City Boy Movement (CBM) claims a massive turnout of young Nigerians at the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign flag-off in Kaduna demonstrates increasing youth support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Director-General Francis Oluwatosin Shoga attributed the attendance to the group's grassroots mobilization and enlightenment efforts, which included a street walk in Kano.
During the event, the administration commissioned an 81-kilometre section of the Abuja–Kaduna highway. Shoga stated that the project could stimulate economic growth in the North-West by improving market access for farmers and entrepreneurs in the agriculture, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. He noted that the road's economic potential depends on accompanying security operations, reliable electricity, and investment-friendly policies.
The CBM intends to intensify nationwide grassroots engagements to educate youth on government reforms before the 2027 general election. Shoga emphasized that the objective is to create conditions where citizens can build businesses and improve their standard of living.
