In response to the federal shift, twenty-four U.S. states remain committed to the Paris climate agreement. These states, along with various cities and corporations, are pursuing bilateral partnerships and clean energy financing to maintain their environmental goals.

To showcase this subnational leadership, the coalition America Is All In, supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies, plans to participate in upcoming United Nations climate negotiations in Brazil. The group intends to highlight local efforts in pollution reduction and infrastructure to maintain a U.S. presence at global climate tables.
