Pakistani security forces killed four terrorists and destroyed two explosive vehicles during an intelligence-based operation in the Khuzdar district of Balochistan.
The Military of Pakistan killed four terrorists linked to the Indian-backed proxy group Fitna al-Hindustan during an intelligence-based operation in the Khuzdar district of Balochistan on July 30, 2026. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, security forces intercepted and destroyed two vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices operated by the militants. Sanitization and clearance operations remained underway in the area following the engagement.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the security forces for their professional capabilities and for foiling the terrorist plan. The military identified the mission as part of the Azm-e-Istehkam counterterrorism campaign, which seeks to eliminate foreign-sponsored militancy across the country, with a specific focus on Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
