Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda inaugurated the APC Presidential Campaign Council to mobilize support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's 2027 re-election bid.
National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda inaugurated the party's Presidential Campaign Council to begin mobilizing Nigerians for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's re-election in 2027. Yilwatda directed the council to integrate national and grassroots structures to communicate the administration's progress in infrastructure, including roads, power, gas, railways, ports, agriculture, and digital connectivity.
Yilwatda stated that the campaign must rely on the administration's record and a credible future vision. He instructed the council to honestly acknowledge current national challenges, specifically regarding employment, security, and the cost of living. He further called for the inclusive participation of youth, women, and persons with disabilities in the process.
Urging party members to avoid complacency, Yilwatda advocated for peaceful, issue-based political competition. He emphasized that the party's responsibility is to demonstrate how economic reforms and investments will translate into practical improvements for the lives of Nigerians.
