Donald Trump Posts Video of Fatal Tiger Attack

President Donald Trump posted a video to Truth Social showing the fatal mauling of a man by a tiger at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster, United Kingdom. The footage, shared with 13 million followers, was captioned, "Don’t ever mess with nature!"

The victim, 23-year-old former child actor William Chapman, died at the scene on October 10 after entering a tiger enclosure alone. Chapman's family, who noted he struggled with significant mental illness, condemned the circulation of "deeply offensive media content" following the tragedy.

In addition to the attack footage, Trump shared a montage of lions attacking humans set to an upbeat soundtrack and an AI-generated video depicting himself overpowering and embracing a tiger. These posts occurred alongside political commentary targeting Democrats and praising Republicans. Critics described the content as grisly and insensitive.

The City of Doncaster Council has launched a health and safety investigation into the incident, and an inquest is scheduled to open at Doncaster Coroner’s Court. The Yorkshire Wildlife Park, which remained closed for five days after the attack, confirmed that the Amur tiger involved, Altai, is safe and will not be euthanized.
