President Tinubu Condoles with Aide Segun Dada Over Father's Death

Bola Tinubu, the President of Nigeria, issued a condolence message on Tuesday following the death of Chief Idowu Folorunsho Dada. The deceased was the 91-year-old father of the president's Special Assistant on Social Media, Segun Dada.

In a statement released by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, the president described Chief Dada as a man of integrity, discipline, and compassion. He cited the deceased's professional career as a former Sales Manager at NEXAN Kablemetal Nigeria Plc and praised his role as a mentor who instilled strong moral values in his children.

Segun Dada had announced his father's passing via a post on X, where he bid his father a final farewell. President Tinubu offered his sympathies to the children of Pa Dada and the extended family, noting that the family should find comfort in the legacy of service and good name left behind by the patriarch.
